Help Desk and In-House Support Training - we customize a Train-the-Trainer program to give your first line of defense additional tools to solving user problems. User Training— Our goal is to provide your users with the tools they need to be the most productive they can be while creating documents using ‘Best Practice’ approaches. Courses are customized based on user needs from Beginning to Expert and from attorney to secretary or word processor.

Continuing Education WorkshopsContinuing education of secretaries, attorneys and staff is the benchmark of any well-run law firm or corporation. Users learn at different paces and as they continue to use software programs, they may have the desire to progress from "Beginner" to "Intermediate" or "Advanced" levels of knowledge. Users often do not have time to explore these possibilities on their own or perhaps they do not know that the feature even exists in order to explore it. Rather than require users to attend full-day classes for Continuing Education purposes, Prompt Consulting offers Continuing Education Workshops (CEW). We hold CEWs at your office, on your system, using your customized environment, providing topic-specific training usually between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours per topic with a majority of topics only requiring 1 hour of their time.
